Vodafone Ghana CEO, Patricia is an engineer by profession and has twenty-two years of working experience in Information Technology (IT) and Telecommunications. She has extensive commercial experience in the telecommunications industries as well.
Prior to her appointment as the CEO, she was the Director of Fixed Business and Customer Operations of Vodafone GH. Another role she partook in was leading Vodafone Ghana’s Consumer Business Unit.
Madam Patricia joined Vodafone GH as Chief Technology Officer and a member of the Executive Committee in January 2011.
Prior to joining Vodafone GH, she worked with Millicom Ghana Limited the operators of Tigo for fourteen years. Undoubtedly, she really knows the telecom business.
When it comes to her educational background, she did her O-Level and A-Level at St. Roses Senior High (Akwatia) and the Presbyterian Boys’ Senior High School (PRESEC) respectively.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
She holds an Executive MBA in Project Management from the University of Ghana, Legon. Executive Education from InsTead, France and, the Kellogg School of Management, USA. She is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers, (GHIE).

She has over the years won several awards due to her hard work. The awards include Best Female Technologist Award at the Annual Ghana Telecom Awards in June 2012. Five years after, she grabbed for herself Distinguished Alumnus from the College of Engineering at KNUST.
In 2018, she was listed as one of the 100 most inspiring women leaders in Vodafone. This was not the end of her award journey as she won the PRESEC “Odade3” Honorary Torch Award in 2019. Recently, she has won the Ghana Women of Excellence Awards.
