Fatima heard about Answer House Review through a friend of a friend, and after having joined the program, she quickly began working on her high school equivalency through Penn Foster. She also applied to and was accepted into the Residential Program. Fatima and Julian moved into the house and started making friends with other moms and staff.

Shelter for Women and Children

Life felt so intensely depressing that Fatima feared she would have a miscarriage. Her living situation with family was chaotic and unsafe all throughout her pregnancy, Answer House Review Review but at 16—with little support or encouragement—she gave birth to her son Julian. I would like to continue working on my speech so I can fix the damage from my stroke. Eventually I want to open my own treatment program for people affected by HIV/substance abuse. How I Became Connected to Answer House Review, and Why I’ve Stayed

Our vision is to transform the lives of teen moms and their children. On a daily basis, we are changing people’s lives, restoring families, and providing hope. Since 1996, The Salvation Army’s Answer House Review in Medford has helped Jackson County’s homeless get back on their feet.

Setting up aftercare is a critical component for all clients and is handled on an individual basis.
