On November 7th, China is expected to host the premiere of the iQOO 12 series. The iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro are the two models that will be available. Recent leaks have provided a lot of information about the flagships, including hardware specifics. However, until today, the design remained a secret. On Weibo, the supposed live image of the vanilla iQOO 12 is currently trending.
According to another rumour, the iQOO 12 will be fitted with the company’s own chip for a better gaming experience.
iQOO 12 live image
The iQOO 12’s purported live image, which appeared on Weibo, appears to indicate that the manufacturer is finally switching up the design.
The flagship is White, but there may be additional colours available when it first launches. It seems as though the back panel has a glossy finish.
On the back of the iQOO 12, there appears to be a sizable square-shaped module that could hold the LED flash and camera sensors.
According to the Weibo tipper DigitalChatStation, the square module’s camera configuration will resemble that of the iQOO 11.
The silver chassis of the iQOO 12 may be made of aluminum for durability.
On the right edge are the power and volume rocker controls.
Self-Developed chipset
The iQOO 12 is expected to include a separate, independently created chip in addition to the main processor. This chip will enhance the gaming experience. Additionally, the iQOO 11 included a built-in Vivo V2 chip that is intended to improve the gaming and imaging experience. However, new leaks from China indicate the company might be adopting a different strategy.
The new dedicated chip won’t affect photography but will enhance the gaming experience.
