The OnePlus developers are able to release timely upgrades for smartphones despite all the attention being placed on Oxygen OS 14. The business is releasing fresh firmware for the OnePlus Nord 2. The October 2023 Android Security Patch is included in Oxygen OS 13 F.48 for the India Variant.
The upgrade for the OnePlus Nord 2 is now being rolled out after the OnePlus Nord 3 update. The OEM will be releasing two upgrades back-to-back for the supported smartphones. The OxygenOS 13 F.48 official change log is shown below:
It is an incremental update that won’t be made available to a larger audience until the programme has successfully undergone testing on a smaller group of users. The update may therefore take a few days to several weeks to reach each unit.
Go to Settings > About > Software Update to manually check for the update. Users of the latest firmware who run into problems or bugs can also report them via the OnePlus Community or Google Dialer.

The OxygenOS 14 Open Beta and Closed Bta updates, which are based on Android 14, are being systematically sent out by OnePlus for compatible devices. For devices including the OnePlus 11, OnePlus 11R, OnePlus 10 Pro, OnePlus 10, OnePlus Nord 3, and others, the update programme is already active.
We anticipate a solid Oxygen OS 14 build for the OnePlus 11 series in the future days since it already has the Open Beta 3 build.
