A Brief History About Akofena Car
The CEO was given the name ‘Akofena’ when he was enstooled as a chief, therefore the automobile was named after him. On February 4, 2020, Kwadwo Safo was crowned King of the Safo Kotoko Family and given the name Odeneho Safo Akofena.
The Akofena is an automobile that was designed by Kelvin Odartey, an 18-year-old teenager, and recreated by Kantanka Automobile.

The CEO of the Kantanka Group of Companies, Kwadwo Safo Kantanka Jr, has posted a close-range video on social media showing how the newly-made Kantanka Akofena, which was conceived in Ghana, is manufactured.
Kelvin Odartey’s brilliant creation went viral on social media, attracting the notice of Kwadwo Safo, who wanted to collaborate with him.
Many people on social media admired the child when he was reported to have driven his self-built automobile to the test center to answer his final exam paper.

Kwadwo Safo Jnr explained that the Kantanka Nhyira vehicle could stay in and underwater for 4 good weeks before without encountering any challenge because both the top and under of the car have been properly sealed.
